Kemonte Gilmore is a 19-year-old man from Bossier City, Lousiana.
Threats to Police
On July 19th, 2016, Gilmore went on social media and made the video while sitting in a car that was behind a police unit at a fast-food drive-thru in the northwest Louisiana, in which he says he wants to shoot and kill a police officer.
Gilmore later turned himself, where he is currently facing a charge of public intimidation.
He was jailed on $500,000 bond.
