Kelsey McMurtry is a 24 year old exotic dancer based in Nashville.
In April 2016, Kelsey left her child in the car for 30 minutes while auditioning for Deja Vu Showgirls Nashville.
Her friend, 19 year old Summer Taylor, claims she had an eye on the child, but witnesses say it is not true.
Police arrested McMurtry and Taylor on charges of child neglect.
Authorities also charged McMurtry with criminal impersonation after she allegedly lied about her name in an apparent effort to avoid an outstanding warrant.
