Kelsey Johnson is a teenager in the state of Ohio who went viral after her mother shared photos of her new haircut after her father decided to chop it all off. ^{[0] [2]}

Johnson was born and raised in the state of Ohio where she has lived most of her life. She currently lives with her mother, Christin Johnson, in the town of Fostoria. ^{[3] [1] [0]}

On Sunday, January 28th, Johnson took her daughter Kelsey to the hair salon to get highlights done to her hair.

Two days later, Kelsey arrived home with her hair all chopped off by her father and stepmother.

Johnson decided to take photos and share them on her Facebook account.

The post has since gone viral.

Her father and stepmother, both volunteers at the local fire station have been placed on leave pending the investigation.

The police department and Wood County Children's services are now investigating a possible child abuse complaint.

Her mother has since created a Facebook dedicated to the support of her daughter.
