Kelly Hoggan is the former Head of Security for the United States Transportation Security Administration with the title of Assistant Administrator for the Office of Security of Operations assigned on May 2013.

Removal

Hoggan was removed from his position on 5/23/2016 after a hearing on 5/12/2016 on mismanagement at TSA.

After the TSA was receiving high amounts of scrutiny during a House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform hearing they made the decision to relieve Hoggan of his position and instead install a centralized incident command team.

[0] The National Incident Command Center at the agency's headquarters in the Virginia suburbs of Washington, D.C. is currently being implemented as Hoggan's replacement.

The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform said Hoggan received more than $90,000 in bonuses over a period from late 2013 to late 2014.
