Keller Rinaudo is the CEO of Zipline. He is based in San Francisco. Keller was selected to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2017 for the Consumer Technology category.
Education
Keller attended Harvard University where he was a part of Phi Beta Kappa. Keller graduated magna cum laude in 2009 with an A.B. in Economics and Biotechnology.
Life and Career
During college, Keller was a scientist who built computers made of RNA and DNA that can operate within mammalian cells to measure gene transcription and diagnose pathological cells.
For nine months, Keller was a professional rock climber who scales obstacles all over the world.
In July 2011, Keller started Zipline, a company that builds drones and uses them to deliver medical supplies in places like Rwanda. Since November 2016, the company raised $25 million in a Series B round founding and airdrops blood bags and other medical necessities with drones it calls "Zips. "
