Keenan Tracey, Star of several Television movies, and perhaps most notably the TV films 16 Wishes, The Hunters, and Rags, who has also been featured in well known shows such as Bates Motel, Rogue and The 100. He studied Motion Picture Production at Capilano University. He was a guest-star on the Fox TV shows Fringe and Backstrom. His father is Canadian actor Ian Tracey. He starred alongside Keke Palmer in the Nickelodeon TV film Rags in 2012. ^[1]
