Kazi Sorrentino is a nightlife promoter and entrepreneur based in New York City.
He is the CEO of Omicon Entertainment.
Early Life
Kazi was born in Bangladesh and raised in a traditional family in Midwood, Brooklyn.
He graduated from Brooklyn Technical High School and then from Pace University with a degree in accounting.
Career
Before his successful career, Kazi worked at Chase as a bank teller.
After saving up $3,000 and barely even 18, he decided to risk it all on his first party which became a complete success.
His events became so popular that he went on to start his promotional company, Vanity Tour.
Kazi has thrown huge parties for thousands of people.
Some of the acts he has hosted include Machine Gun Kelly, A$AP Ferg, Basshunter, Major Lazer, and much more.
In March of 2014, Kazi received $700,000 investment from Emir.
Mehedi Hasan and it valued his company at $1.4 million.
Hasan took Kazi under his wing and helped Kazi start Omicon Entertainment under his international conglomerate corporation.
Recently, Kazi founded and launched his first app Crahr, a nightlife discovery app aimed toward millennials in the New York City area.
In addition, Kazi started a housing service assisting college students in recent graduates find apartments in New York, New York aptly named Off-Campus Guru.
