Kayleigh DesRosiers was a 17-year-old student who attended Silver Lake Regional High School. She originally hailed from Halifax, Massachusetts. ^[1] Kayleigh was greatly admired by her friends and family and is remembered for her kind nature.

On December 30th around 6 pm, William Flemming was driving a Chevrolet HHR with his son Robert in the front passenger seat and Kayleigh in the back when his vehicle crossed the center lane and collided head-on into a Toyota Sequoia. Flemming is believed to have died on impact while Kayleigh died at the scene. Robert Flemming was transported to a local area hospital where he later died from his injuries.
