Kay Deraway and Travis Lighthall
Kay Stanley Deraway IV was a 16-year-old who lived in Jacksonville, Florida. He is originally from Rome, New York.
Life and Activities.
Kay was a student at First Coast High School. In his free time, Kay enjoyed skateboarding and spending time with friends. Kay is remembered for his friendly deamenor and his adventurous spirit.
Death
On February 22nd, Kay was driving his Nissan Sentra with Travis Lighthall on US 17 in Nassau County, Florida. Their vehicle was heading south when it overcorrected and T-boned another vehicle. Both Kay and Travis were pronounced dead at the scene.
A GoFundMe was created to help pay for their funerals.
