Early Life & Education
He completed his schooling from Private School in Hyderabad.
He studied at St.Maryโs
Degree College, Hyderabad and graduated with Bachelor of Commerce. He is a trained Kuchipudi dancer and also mastered Country-western dance as well. He was invited by the Andhra Pradesh government to portray Sri Krishnadevaraya in Kuchipudi, which he performed at Tirupathi and Hyderabad.[2]
Career
Kaushik acted in the TV Series as a child artist.
He made his debut in the Telugu TV series Swami Ayyappan (TV series) in 2006.[12] He portrayed leading character of Swami Ayyapan. He rose to fame in quick time. He even won Nandi Award for his performance. Since then he has not looked back. He acted in many Tamil and Telugu Mythological Television series in his career. His notable performances came in "Lord Venkateshwara", "Lord Vishnu", "Lord Shiva" and "Lord Krishna". His popularity increased with his performance as 'Adi Shankara' in the Telugu cinema Sri Jagadguru Adi Shankara in 2013.[13] He made his Malayalam debut in the film " Nadabrahmam".[14] He continued to appear on big screen and acted in Tamil , Telugu and Malayalam movies, including Sami Manikandan, Shirdi Sai and Pavitra (2013) [15] and White Boys (2015).[3][2][5]
