Kassandra Crimi is a meteorologist who currently work for WFTV Channel 9 Eyewitness News in Orlando, Florida. She has previously worked as a meteorologist for KOB-TV in Albuquerque, New Mexico, KRQE NEWS 13, and KRCG in Columbia, Missouri area. She graduated from Florida Institute of Technology in 2008. She currently resides in Orlando, Florida with her husband.

Kassandra Crimi is a native of Minnesota in United States and she attended Florida Institute of Technology to study Astronomy and Astrophysics because she loves science and Mathematics while growing up. Things changed after she experienced the historical 2004 hurricane season and this motivates her to switch her degree to Meteorology. While having her degree, she was the captain of NCAA Division II Women’s Basketball Team and she also interned at WFTV. In 2008, she graduated from university with a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology.

She started her career as a meteorologist with an intern at WFTV while she was still an undergraduate.

After her bachelor’s degree she got her first job as a meteorologist at KRCG in Columbia, Missouri. She left KRCG to join WFTV as a meteorologist in December 2010 and she served there for another three years. She left Orlando, Florida for Albuquerque, New Mexico in January 2014 where she got married, got a dog and had a baby.

She worked for KRQE News 13 / KASA FOX 2 as a freelance meteorologist between April 2014 and December 2014 after which she picked up the role of a meteorologist at KOB-TV, Albuquerque, New Mexico in November 2015.

The Minnesota native returned to Orlando, Florida in January 2019 to work as a Meteorology for WFTV-TV. ^[1][2]

Kassandra Crimi loves home renovations and she enjoys spending her free time with her families.
