Karthik Sasidharan (born 17th August 1988) is an Indian Actor, who predominantly works in Tamil Films and TV series. She is best known for TV series Raja Rani (2017) Kalyanam Mudhal Kadhal Varai (2019).^[1]

Kartik was born in Palakkad, Kerala, India. He completed his schooling from S.A.O.H.S. School, Chennai. He is a graduate of the University of Madras, Chennai, where He obtained a Bachelor of Arts (English Literature).^[2]

Karthik started his acting in Tamil television serial “Kana Kaanum Kaalangal l' in 2006-07. It was directed by Prabhu Kanna. He also acted with well known television actors and actresses like along with Yuthan Balaji, Madhumila, Suzane George, Jacqueline, Reshma Pasupuleti and Vanitha Hariharan. He continued acting is soap operas and appeared in many TV series like Andal Azhagar, Thayumanavan (TV series) and Kalyanam Mudhal Kadhal Varai. He also acted in Tamil movies initially. He rose to fame playing supporting role in the movie Onnume Puriyala” which was one of the Best films in 2016. He also appeared in Theri (film) in the same year. His popularity increased with the appearance as 'Sanjay' in the TV series Raja Rani (2017)^[11] which was aired on Star Vijay.^[2][1]
