Kamal Raja (born January 6, 1987) is a Dutch-born rapper and dancer known for his songs in the urban desi genre. He was signed to Bollywood-Zone records in 2011 and received major airplay with his debut single “No Clue,” featuring Salah Edin.^[1]

Kamal Raja was born in Amsterdam, Netherlands, to a Pakistani father and a Mongolian mother.

Since his Childhood he knew what he wanted to be : Famous At the age of 12, Kamal did his very first audition as a dancer in which he did all kinds of stage performances. His willpower and ambition continued to grow and he knew he could do more than just dance. He was discovered by an agency that gave him a start in musicals and by doing a lot of international musicals he acquired the confidence to sing .^[2]

He was born in Netherlands. Kamal's astrological sign is Capricorn.

Kamal Raja without any musical background he decided to do demos and recorded a few tracks. With his first demo CD he met with some record labels in Belgium and Germany, but did not get very far. After the disappointments he decided to move on and do other things.

At the age of 19 Kamal worked as an administrative worker in an office.

He was one of the finest and was liked by his boss.

Soon he was promoted and took on increasingly more work in time.

However Music was always present in Kamal’s life, he continued to practice every day after work. Inspired greatly by western music he progressively shaped his way of making music until he was in a position where he had to choose between a stable job or an uncertain future following his passion.

In 2008, Kamal Raja teamed up with two brothers, @Chevy known as ‘CJ’ and Jasz Gill, they released a fantastic debut signal which had great musical impact, ‘Like A Star.’ The young trio from Holland show that Desi music is alive and kicking in mainland Europe too.

Chevy is the music producer, who is inspired by his father Kamaljeet Singh, has focused on making a Euro blend of electronic based music fused with catchy Punjabi and English lyrics.

His younger brother, Jasz Gill is the baby of the team but by no means without ambition, already he shows signs of being a tremendous singer.

The eldest of the trio, Kamal Raja, joined them in 2008, after impressing them with a birthday party vocal performance.

Jasz and Kamal are both the singers and writers of the songs.

Kamal 2012 Music video for "L.A.M" has earned more than 4 million views on YouTube. Raja is acquainted with Dr Zeus.^[3]
