Quintonio LeGrier was a 19 year old undergrad studying Engineering at Northern Illinois University.
On December 26, 2015 he was shot dead by Officer Robert Rialmo. [1] Rialmo is now suing the estate of LeGrier stating that he underwent enormous emotional trauma because of the incident, which he claims was spurred on by LeGrier. Rialmo is seeking $10 million.
