Early Life
Juliet Mafua is the third of four children, she is a native of Delta State but grew up in Okota, Lagos.[2]
She graduated from Delta State University, Abraka, where she studied and bagged her Bachelor's degree in Linguistics.
Career
Juliet Mafua started her career right from her undergraduate days in delta state, where she constantly anchored sport shows, she then continued during her National Youth Service Corps days, has she served at NTA 2, while she was there, she also anchored various sport shows. NTA gave her the platform to showcase herself.
She has been on it professionally for six years.
When asked about her experience so far, she said:
It has been awesome; there is nothing like doing what you have passion for, it is like living your dream.
Even before I started doing sport shows, I was casting major news bulletins, but I was not happy doing it because I knew I wanted to do purely sports.
I later made my intention known to all and I was given the chance to do what I have passion for.
I remember missing my English paper at NECO because I wanted to watch a game.
Though this was because I knew I already had English before then at West African Senior School Certificate Examination. So, sport is just me and my life, I am very happy doing it now.[1]

Juliet is quite active on Social media, she has over 2,900 followers on Twitter (@julietmafua)[3] Juliet Mafua of TVC news was among the five female sport presenters nominated for Most Popular TV presenter in 2012. The nominees party was set to hold on Saturday November 24, at Club Rumors, Oduduwa Way, GRA, Ikeja, Lagos.[4]

She is a die hard football fan, and her favorite club is Manchester United F.C. (MUFC).
