Julie Zauzmer is an American journalist and author based in Washington, D.C. She is a religion reporter at The Washington Post. ^[1]

Zauzmer graduated from Harvard University in 2013 with a Bachelor's degree in English. At Harvard, she was the Managing editor of the Harvard Crimson.

Prior to joining The Washington Post in January 2014, she was a reporter at the Philadelphia Inquirer. She also interned at the International herald Tribune.

In September 2012, her book Conning Harvard: The True Story of the Con Artist Who Faked His Way Into the Ivy League was published by Globe Pequot Press.
