Judge Robert P. Milich is Youngstown, Ohio municipal court judge since 1998. Milich received his Juris Doctorate from The University of Akron in 1978. [1]
Controversy
In July 2016, Judge Milich sentenced Attorney Andrea Burton to five days in jail after he declared her in contempt for refusing to take off a Black Lives Matter pin.
Burton was later released on a stay because the decision is on appeal.
