Joumanna Bercetche is a news reporter for CNBC International based out of London, England. She is also well known as a co-anchor on CNBC Europe's Street Signs Europe television show. Bercetche was previously a Director at Citibank working in their G10 hedge fund rates sales desk.

Bercetche was born in the United Kingdom to Lebanese parents. Her family moved back to Lebanon after the South Lebanon conflict (1985–2000). She graduated from Brummana High School a private school in Beirut, Lebanon in 2003 as the valedictorian. She is a dual citizen of Lebanon and the United Kingdom and is trilingual, fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
In 2006, Bercetche graduated from the American University of Beirut with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with high distinction. While at the university she received the Penrose Award and a Merit Scholarship.

In March 2017, she married Martin Bercetche in Cumelen, Villa La Angostura, Argentina. Martin Bercetche is a Portfolio Manager at the hedge fund, Millennium Management, LLC.
Bercetche is passionate about charity and has ran the Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon three times. In 2016, she raised £513.42 for Cancer Research UK by running the race. Bercetche has been a Contributor to the charity, Teach For Lebanon since March 2016.
Career
Bercetche began her career as an Analyst at Merrill Lynch in London working in their Structured Credit department from 2006-2008.
From 2008-2013, she was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs working in Cross Asset Hedge Funds / MENA fixed income sales. Between 2013 and 2017, she was a Director at Citibank where, according to Efinancialcareers, she was one of the desk's top producers.
In August 2015, Bercetche launched Joumanna.com an online jewelry shopping website focusing on Lebanese designers. Joumanna.com is able to provide customers with high quality jewelry at an affordable price by specializing in jewelry without precious stones. [1]

She is also a co-anchor on CNBC Europe's Street Signs Europe television show which covers the daily stock market action in Europe.
