Joshua James, 24, of Jupiter Florida, was charged Monday with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and unlawful possession and transportation of an alligator after he threw an alligator he had caught into a Wendy's drive-thru window as a prank on a friend.
[1]Joshua is out on $6K bail - he has no prior criminal record.
They tracked him down because he used a credit card to pay at Wendy's.
The alligator was 3 1/2 feet.
Josh is on court order to stay away from all animals except the family dog.
