Joseph Bradley Phillips is the partner of Daniel Franzese. He resides in Los Angeles, California where he lives together with Daniel. They got engaged in the summer of 2016.

The two met while getting coffee at Starbucks and later went out on dates. Daniel recalls a time when Joseph spent time at a homeless shelter helping people of need - saying that's when he knew he had found the one. The way that Joseph has a self-less character was enough to enamored Franzese.
