Jordy Searcy is 21 year old singer-songwriter from Alabama who was featured on Season 7 of NBC’s The Voice, as a part of the first-ever Team Pharrell.
With a focus in songwriting, vocal and guitar abilities, and an engaging live show, Jordy has a sound similar to Ed Sheeran, Jon Foreman (Switchfoot), James Bay, Sleeping at Last, and John Mayer.
Jordy released a self-titled album in March of 2013, and spent the next months growing his fanbase along the Gulf Coast, Nashville, Alabama, and Texas.
Since the airing of his audition on The Voice in September of 2014, his online presence and regional fanbase has grown immensely.
His duet with Taylor Phelan from The Voice has reached almost 2 million views.
Jordy has been working on a new E.P. titled “Seasons” with respected Nashville producer Brent Milligan (Steven Curtis Chapman, Colony House), and has high hopes for the new songs.
A spring tour just concluded with fellow Voice artist and Team Blake member Kensington Moore, who Jordy backed up on electric guitar.
The tour visited Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina, and Kentucky.
Summer concert dates have just been announced for Tennessee and Alabama.
