Johnathan Simpson is a U.S. Army Sergeant based in Fort Bragg, North Carolina from DeWitt, Iowa. He attended North Scott High School from 2005 to 2007, before graduating from DeWitt Central High School in 2008. [1]
According to his Facebook, Simpson has been stationed at Fort Bragg since 2009. During his time in the Army, he served in Afghanistan.
Allegations
In late April 29, 2016, Simpson was arrested on charges of rape and kidnapping.
According to police, Simpson kidnapped and raped a 26 year-old victim in same unit on the 1000 block of Bragg Boulevard.
Simpson is currently being held at the Cumberland County Jail on $250,000 bail.
Johnathan Simpson is separated from his wife, according to his Facebook page. They were married in 2011.
