Career
Gotti Interviewed
On October 27, 2017 Gotti made his mixed martial arts debut by defeating Johnny Torres.
The match's promoter was Jimmy Burchfield Sr., CEO of Classic Entertainment & Sports Mixed Martial Arts. He has a professional mixed martial arts record of 5 wins and 1 loss.[7] He has also defeated Eddie Haws, Josh Zuckerman, David Espino and Marcos Lloreda.
Gotti Jr.'s amateur mixed martial arts record is 1 win and 0 losses.
Many of his pro matches have taken place at the Twin Rivers Casino in Rhode Island. He has also fought in New York. Burchfield said of Gotti, "He’s built like Superman. You can see the agility and speed that he has. He’s equally talented standing up as on the mat. He’s got a very low-key personality." Gotti has only lost one close decision, to Nicky Alley on October 14, 2020.
"He’s surely not any kind of a wise guy," stated Burchfield.[1] Gotti's planned match for April 2021 was canceled due to the global Coronavirus pandemic. The match was to be promoted by CES.[10] He fights in the welterweight division at approximately 169 pounds.[14]
