Biography
Williams was born and raised in the state of Maine. He has lived in the area of Madison for most of his life.

Williams has been in trouble with the law several times throughout his life.
In Tennessee, he faced drug and drug-related charges dating as far back as 2008 and was revived from an overdose at least once, according to the Shelby County Sheriff's Office.
Williams was scheduled to be in that court Wednesday on charges stemming from a March 22 arrest on firearms charges after a crash on Interstate 495.
He was charged with carrying a firearm without a license, improper storage of the firearm, possession of a large-capacity feeding device and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
He was free on $10,000 bail.

Killing of Corporal Eugene Cole
On the morning of Wednesday, April 25th, Corporal Cole was found dead at 16 Mercer st.
The officer had an encounter John Williams in a dark road.
Williams ended up stealing the fully marked vehicle of Corporal Cole.
Williams then drove to the Cumberland Farms store, where he reportedly committed a theft.
He then fled in Coleโs cruiser.
Cole was found and taken into custody on Saturday afternoon April 28th, 2018.
He was considered a wanted man in the state and at large for several days.
