In March 2016, John was detained on a flight returning from a vacation to Mexico because his girlfriend, Tamra Turpin, was found dead in their rented condo near Cancun.
Loveless is currently being investigated for homicide.
He has appeared before a judge, but has not been charged.
Loveless has run a personal injury firm for 34 years.
