Joel Pimentel was born on the 28th of February 1999. He his a member of the Latin American boy band group CNCO discography formed on the first seasons of La Banda (TV series).^[2][3]

Joel Pimentel was part of the drama club at Hesperia High School, where he discovered his acting skills. At one point during La Banda (TV series), Pimentel believed he couldn't speak or sing in Spanish very well as it was not his first language.

Joel Pimentel was born in Victorville, California but grew up in Hesperia. He has Mexican ancestry and was inspired by his late grandfather to pursue his music career.
