Joakim Prat (born April 4, 1984) is a French Chef known for specializing in a variety of pastries and desserts. He is known for being the owner of Maitre Choux in South Kensington and shares photos of his desserts and pastries through Instagram for his over 60,000 followers.

Joakim Prat was born in Lyon, France, later settled in Barcelona, and eventually moved to London.

He first moved to London to work as the head pastry chef for L'Atelier before beginning work at Mayfair's The Greenhouse.
