Jason Varnes goes by JL B.Hood, or just JL.He's

a rapper signed to the Strange Music team and he used to be one third of the group B.Hood alongside his two brothers, Vi Royal and Zoo.[666666]

Overview

JL was born in Kansas City, Missouri and quickly made a name for himself on the local scene.After

dropping his 2011 debut mixtape,* Just Landed*, in 2011 he quickly blew up.He went

on to open for artists like Tech N9ne, Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, Machine Gun Kelly, Ace Hood, Tha Jacka, Hurricane Cris, Krizz Kaliko, Chip The Ripper, Chevy Woods, Jay Rock and many others.That same year

he featured on Tech N9ne's "Worldwide Choppas" with Busta Rhymes, Twista, Yelawolf, & Ceza.He's also been featured

on “Far Out” from Tech N9ne’s* The Ollie Gates Mixplate*, “I’m The One” from Kutt Calhoun's EP* Red Headed Stepchild*, and also “A Real 1” on Techs* EP E.B.A.H*.[666666]

After releasing several more projects, JL eventually signed with Strange Music in 2015.He

went on to release the extremely popular* Dibkis* (Do it big, keep it strange) with appearances from Church Boi, Joey Cool, Tech N9ne and others.

JL is also the co-owner of the Krown City Clothing line, a venture that's been endorsed by boxing legend Floyd Mayweather.[666666]
