Killings
On November 9, 2016, Dobbs was arrested after detectives interviewed him in connection to a double homicide investigation and the disappearance of his girlfriend, Kirsten Nicole Fritch in Baytown, Texas.
He had walked into Shenanigan's bar in Texas City, Texas barefoot covered in sweat and asked for a glass of water when detectives picked him up.
On November 8, 2016, Cynthia Morris and Breanna Pavilicek were found shot dead in their Baytown, Texas home. An AMBER Alert was issued for Kirsten Fritch, whose body was found on November 10, 2016 behind Shenanigan's bar in Texas City, Texas.
The mother of Kirsten Nicole Fritch did not approve of the pair's relationship.
