Jenna MacGillivray is a Canadian Television personality who is best known for starring on Below Deck Sailing Yacht which premiered February 3, 2020. She is starring alongside Chief engineer Byron Hissey, Captain Glenn Shephard, Chef Adam Glick, deckhand Parker McCown, second stew Madison Stalker, third stew Georgia Grobler, yachtie couple Paget Berry and Ciara Duggan.[1]
Career
In 2004, Jenna MacGillivray hopped aboard her first yacht and worked her way up over the years to Chief Stewardess. she took a brief break and headed ashore to work as a social worker, but quickly missed the yachtie life and returned back to sea.
She is a hard-working Chief Stew with an eye for detail and taste for perfection. From her tablescapes to the way she manages her crew, nothing is left unfinished when Jenna is in charge. She doesn’t like to be challenged and holds her team to her high standards. [4]
Jenna is not a coddler, if someone isn’t performing to her level, she will be quick to tell them what they are doing is wrong.
But when the work is done and the charter guests are gone, this girl boss does have a sarcastic sense of humor and is always ready to party.

Jenna was born on December 11, she do celebrate her birthday on December 11 every year. It is assumed that she must be in her early 30s. However, the actual age, and year of birth of Jenna is not yet available. She is unmarried and we are looking up on the success of her relationship.[6]

Below Deck Sailing Yacht Chef Adam Glick said its "very fun" to see his love life played with Chief Stewardess Jenna Macgillivray on the Bravo reality television show but he doesn't pay too much attention to the drama. In an interview with Heavy.com, the adventure chef revealed he is going to do what he is doing best: cooking great food.
Adam's friendship with Jenna is one of the biggest storylines on Below Deck Sailing Yacht this season. Things between them aren't easy right now:[2]
"Jenna and I work through the challenges of making our relationship play out on television,"
But he doesn't pay too much attention to this drama:
"I don't have a cable down the river so it's tough to keep on top of the drama,"
He admitted it is "possible" that if they didn't work together he and Jenna could date:
"You just never know."
Jenna received a storm of backlash from fans. It's not only about Adam's personal life, but also about her professional relationship with Second Stewardess Madison Stalker.
Adam does not approve of the reaction.
"I find it reminds me of my first season with her and I know what it is like first hand,"

Adam found Jenna's relationship with Madison" pretty normal. "He added," I wouldn't expect Madison to get along with a lot of her supervisors, though.
Dealing with the crew on the ship may not always be the easiest thing to do, but Adam said the hardest thing about cooking on a sailing yacht was the move along with the confined spaces.
"I can cook over any type of heat but it's a lot to deal with confined spaces, movement, crew, and whining guests,"

Adam Glick asked Jenna MacGillivray, where she stood on the babies during their discussion.

she answered "When I was 17, my appendix burst, and if I ever had trouble conceiving the doctor told me that it was because I was infertile," she shared in a confessional. A producer asked what her position was on having kids:
"In truth, I feel like I'm such a good mom,"
"I love children so much."
Jenna addresses social media questions
Although she and Adam Glick seemed to be politely discussing her infertility, Jenna fans were saddened. Throughout the episode Adam Glick revealed in a confessional that he dated a woman who had two children:
"I've been playing dad for a while,"
"And I felt good about it.
Yet I didn't like seeing little s--ts running around all the time after only six, seven months.
F--k it.”
Janna MacGillivray updated her Instagram story with a video to offer some insight about what happened and where she's in her life.
She said she had received several direct messages about her infertility, so she wanted to answer some of the concerns that had been raised.[3]
"I always imagined myself marrying and having babies,"
"Living only this normal life.
So what was I going to do when this didn't go that way?
Fortunately, I turned the whole thing around and made my situation super optimistic."
She made big changes to her life .
Adam MacGillivray said she finished leaving her office work and went back to yachting.
"And I was always the happiest I have ever been in the past, 10 years I don't know.
Only embracing and increasing with my circumstances.”
She was kept short of her point.
Then added, 'you make lemonade literally whatever life offers you,' she chuckled. "Very cheesy! "She also got a few tweets about her share during the series, in addition to private messages. "I just have to say I'm so sorry about your infertility. You were so courageous that you expressed so honestly. You've found a life that fulfills you (as it appears) May you live the most blessed life!” a viewer tweeted.
She said,
"Thanks for saying that:).
We need to make the best of things that we can't manage and turn something that might be negative into a constructive one."
Of course, another viewer pointed out that asking for a second opinion is always beneficial, particularly if she ever decides to have kids.[7]

Don't know the exact case, but I met so many people who had been told that they couldn't conceive and the doctor was wrong.
Specialists will perform miracles, trust me I’m there now.”
Jenna encountered issues with third stew Georgia Grobler.
Jenna MacGillivray started this season to face some problems with third stew Georgia Grobler. But it seems that Jenna and her second stew, Madison Stalker, on the yacht lately just can't seem to be getting along.
Jenna pointed out what she viewed as the low energy and weak disposition of Madison, while Madison displayed an overworked feeling and did not handle properly. In the April 6 episode of Below Deck Sailing Ship, the chief stew also took her complaints to Captain Glenn Shephard, and the two had a stern discussion with Madison about their results (clip above).
In a recent interview with Heavy.com she expanded on her disagreements with Madison.[5]
"I just feel like I've pursued Madison and maybe it doesn't look like that, but I was so disappointed because you can see in all our conversations that whatever I asked her to do about the job she rolled her eyes, she's mocking Adam [Glick]'s relationship with me,"
"Honestly, she is the only crew member behaving like that."
She said that Madison's attitude made it difficult to work with her, which is something that other people felt on the boat as well, according to Jenna.
“I know that Madison is a good worker and she could be good at her job, but there was so much negativity about her being there that it wasn't pleasant to work with her,”
Jenna said.
"I'm not the only one thinking this way."
Jenna said that Madison
"cried over different issues almost every day," which the chief stew said she found to be "very emotional" and "very tiring."
"Imagine what you see on the show 50 times and that's what I've been dealing with her and her attitude every day,"
Jenna said.
"She just didn't seem to want to be there."
She did not like Madison
"constantly tearing"
on this season's relationship with Adam, either.
"Do you like to work with someone who was getting such bad feelings towards you?
"Jenna said."
She was going to listen to everyone in the team.
Madison replied to Jenna's interview on Twitter on April 8, saying she was
"frustrated" because it seemed like her relationship was "prioritized" by the chief stew over her job. He said, too, that he "nearly cried every day."
The second stew also said that she felt like she and Jenna
"actually started out great, but then I just started getting s--t on."
