Early Life and Education
Jenna Johnson (journalist) is a native of Omaha, Nebraska, Jenna Johnson (journalist) graduated from Marian High School in 2003, and went on to attend the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, from which she graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. [1]
Career
Johnson joined the staff of The Washington Post upon her graduation from college, and initially covered Maryland politics and higher education. Johnson covered the Scott Walker presidential campaign in 2015, and then covered the Trump presidential campaign after Walker dropped out. Johnson was elevated to White House Correspondent upon the inauguration of Donald Trump. [1]
