Death
On October 16, 2016, at around 1:00a.m.,
Pally was hit and killed by a university fire vehicle on the Storrs campus at University of Connecticut.
Pally was sitting on the ground against the bay door of the campus public safety complex when the fire department got an emergency call.
The door opened and Pally fell, causing the Fire Department vehicle to run over her.
