Mr. Jay Elliot serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Bridge Group Inc., Forward Solutions, Inc. and PowerHouse Studios, Inc. Mr. Elliot serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Nuvel Holdings, Inc. Mr. Elliot served as General Manager of Software Products & Services at Voyant International Corp. from July 2008 to July 2009.

He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Harmony Metals, Inc. since December 2011.

Mr. Elliot served as President of RocketStream, Inc., a subsidiary of Voyant International Corp. from July 2008 to July 2009.

Mr. Elliot served as Chief Strategy Officer of Migo Software, Inc.(formerly, Agate Technologies Inc., Powerhouse Technologies Group Inc., ARCA Corp.) since January 2006 and also served as its Co-Chairman from May 2002 to September 2005.

Mr. Elliot founded Migo Software, Inc. and served as its Chief Executive Officer & Chairman from May 16, 2002 to January 2006.

He served as President of FWD Solutions Inc. Mr. Elliot has extensive experience in both the entertainment and healthcare industries.

From 1980 to 1986, he served as the Executive Vice President of Apple Inc. and its Senior Vice President of Operations.

In his role with Apple, he was responsible for Finance, Managed Information Services (MIS), Real Estate, Apple Far East Sales, Apple Foundation and Corporate Planning.

He served as also the Chief Operating Officer of the Macintosh division.

Previous to his tenure with Apple, he served as a Site Director of IBM from 1977 to 1979, as well as heading the 16,000 person software division.

Mr. Elliot served at IBM until 1979.

He also served as a Site Director of Intel from 1979 to 1980 and was the creator of the Intel Foundation.

In addition to his substantial technology background, Mr. Elliot also has extensive experience in both the entertainment and healthcare industries.

From 1988 to 1994, Mr. Elliot served as the Chief Executive Officer of San Francisco Studios where he produced the Academy Award-nominated documentary, "Berkeley in the Sixties," as well as the NBC television series, "Midnight Caller" and numerous sports programs for NBC, CBS, and ABC, including the Barcelona Olympic Games.

From 1994 to 1998, he also served as President of Acclaim West, producing programs for Fox, UPN, the Playboy Channel and Telemundo.

On the healthcare side, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of New Health Systems from 2000 to 2001, a network technology company connecting physicians and vendors to patients and affiliated hospitals.

Mr. Elliot has over 30 years operating experience with corporations including IBM, Intel and Apple Computers.

He serves as Director of Nuvel Holdings, Inc. He served as a Director of Harmony Metals, Inc. since December 2011.

He served as Director of Migo Software, Inc. since May 16, 2002.

Mr. Elliot served as a Director of Intel and was the creator of the Intel foundation.

Mr. Elliot holds a B.S. degree in Mathematics from San Jose State University in 1969.
