Jay Bodas is an Indian people Actor and Cinematographer, who predominantly appears in Hindi TV and Web series. He is best known for MTV Splitsvilla, Bombae (2018) and 13 Mussoorie (2018).

Jay was born and brought up in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. He first studied at Vidya Vihar and completed his schooling from Baroda High School, Alkapuri. He studied at Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. He went to Mumbai and studied at St. Xavier's College, Mumbai and obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of Mumbai.^[2]

Jay participated in many MTV contests, including India's Next Top Model (cycle 3, MTV Roadies and MTV Splitsvilla. ^[3] He started his acting career in 2018. He acted in balcony Ticket's original Web series "Bombae". He gained attention playing the character of 'Ayushman'. In the same year he had major break and acted in Viu thriller web series, "13 mussoorie". He rose to fame playing character of 'Freddy Fernandes' The web series had Shoaib Ahmed, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Viraf Patel in the lead roles.^[13] He worked as a Cinematographer for the Short film "Dakini" in 2020.
