Threatening Facebook comment and Subsequent Arrest

In July of 2016, a woman from Georgia posted on Facebook that Donald Trump is a racist.

Kauti decried the accusation and said “If we ever cross paths I will kill you and your family.”

The woman filed a complaint with the police on July 23rd.

Because of his actions, Kauti faces a charge of dissemination of information relating to terroristic acts via computer.

He was released on $7,500 bond on August 27th and is due back in court for a preliminary hearing on September 9th.
