Animal Cruelty
In April 2017, Heng was charged with animal cruelty and conspiracy for filming his girlfriend Marinna Rollins shooting her service dog, Cammie. As she shot the dog 5 times, Heng filmed her and cheered her on. Rolling had received the dog from the army to help her cope with PTSD. Before shooting him, she had tried to find Cammie a new home.
