Jara Pascual attended the Polytechnic University of Catalonia as a telecommunications engineering student. She was active in many clubs and activities like the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, the Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society, the Barcelona IEEE Student Branch, and the debate team. She was Vice-chairwoman and treasury BURAN review editor and took part in the University Discuss National League.
She later went to École nationale supérieure des télécommunications de Bretagne where she earned a Dpl. Eng. in IT Systems Management. During that time she was President of the Photo Club, a member of the Erasmus Student Network Club Escrime, a member of the Tennis Club, a member of the Club Vista, and a member of Club l'Auberge Espagnole. She went on to Pompeu Fabra University where she was captain of the debate team and earned a Bachelor of Science in network engineering and a Master of Science in telecommunication engineering.
In 2017 Pascual attended the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University and got her MBA studying leadership and marketing. She has also been an active volunteer throughout her life. She was an active member of the Liga Nacional de Debate Universitario and the director of MentorWE, a networking initiative that empowers women. 
Jara spent less than a year at the Barcelona Media Innovation Center as an R&D product usability engineer/UX & UI designer. She then moved to the Rennes area of France to work as an R&D project engineer for Alcatel-Lucent, co-inventing two mobile TV advertisement patents among other things. In 2009 Jara began a two year stint at BTD International Consulting AG as a product manager for Futuristic ICT systems and services for sport stadiums.
Jara Pascual went on to work at Adidas Group, first as a manager in infrastructure innovation and later as a senior manager in IT innovation. She had a lot of responsibilities at Adidas Group. She created and maintained an internal and external network to cooperate with innovation projects, she was leader of the 1st EU Project at Global IT department: LEADS, and so much more.
In 2015 Jara started blogging about fashion technology for Hola. She then became senior manager of innovation labs at ECCO shoes before working as manager of innovation at PVH. She has spent over 9 years bridging Spanish and German culture as the founder and editor of Española en Munich. Jara Pascual is the co-founder of blockchain based business matchmaking platform KNOWCO. She is also the CEO of Nerolibynagore.com.
