JaQuel Knight (born on August 6, 1989) [1]is a choreographer and professional dancer. He designs dance sequences for commercials, films, and celebrities (particularly music artists). Some of his clients include Beyoncé, N.E.R.D., Britney Spears, and Liam Payne. [23]
He gained fame after choreographing Beyoncé's 2009 music video "Single Ladies," along with her two performances at the Superbowl. [23]

Collaborating with Frank Gatson, Knight helped create the dancing sequence for "Single Ladies," a video that has accumulated over 600 million views (as of 2017). [21]
Awards & Accomplishments
At the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, JaQuel Knight (along with fellow choreographer Frank Gatson) won the award for "Best Choreography;" the both designed the dance sequence for the "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)" music video.
At the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards, he (along with fellow choreographers Chris Grant and Dana Foglia) won the award for "Best Choreography;" the choreographed "Formation." [10]
