On September 9, 2016, disturbing photos of James Acord and Rhonda Pasek passed out in a car with her 4 year old son in the backseat after the pair had overdosed on Heroin went viral on social media.

A Police officer pulled over the pair after he had seen them driving erratically before screeching to a stop near a school bus that was dropping off children.

The officer approached the vehicle, he noticed James Acord appeared intoxicated, with his head bobbing back and forth and his speech almost unintelligible.

Rhonda Pasek was slumped over in the front passenger seat.

^[2] James Acord then made an attempt to drive away, but at that moment the officer reached into the car and pulled the keys out of the ignition.
