Sungjae Chung is a blockchain technology entrepreneur based out of Philadelphia. He is well known as the Co-Founder of HKEOS. ^[1]

Jae Chung is studying Economics at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Business and Engineering at Jerome Fisher M&T Program, and Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and Applied Science. ^[1]

Chung is the Co-Founder of HKEOS and an Advisor to Lumeos. He also works as a Technical Consultant to TomorrowBC and a Senior EOS Developer for Uncloak. In 2017, he founded Spare, a peer to peer physical storage platform. ^[1]
