Jacqueline Howard is an American and published writer, reporter, and television producer based in Atlanta. She is a feature writer and on-air talent at CNN Health, covering the latest news in fitness, diet, nutrition, education, relationships, medicine, diseases, and healthy living. She also appears as the host & reporter in health-related segments on CNN’s morning show New Day. [8] [2] [1] [4]
Education
Jacqueline Howard completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. [2] [8] She went on to attend the University of Southern California, receiving a Master of Arts in broadcast journalism. [8] [2]
Career
She was first published in her hometown newspaper, the Northwest Press. [8]
Since then, she has served as senior science editor at The Huffington Post and serving as the host/producer of the video series Talk Nerdy To Me. She also appeared weekly on HuffPost Live’s Nerd’s Forum segment in which she discussed the latest news in science, health and technology. In addition, she has also been featured on several educational videos for The Nature Conservancy, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and the Big History Project.[2]
