Disappearance
On October 21st, 2016, Goulet went missing walking home from a friend's house.
At the time, torrential downpours were happening in the area and a Flash flood warning had been issued.
Authorities believe that he may have fell down a storm drain.
Body Found
On October 23rd around noon, Massachusetts State Police discovered a body believed to be Goulet's in the Merrimack River in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts.
Further tests are being initiated to confirm it, but police are confident that it is Goulet.
