Old Navy Ad Controversy

The clothing store Old Navy created an ad with an interracial couple to help promote its clothes [2].

There was backlash on social media as many racist people who do not believe in interracial relationships started commenting and tweeting racist insults on [2].

Jack McCain responded to these comments and tweets by defending interracial relationships [1].

The issue affects Jack since he has an interracial marriage as he is White / Caucasian while his wife Renee is Black / African [2].
