Iyia Liu is an entrepreneur based in New Zealand. She is the founder and director of Waist Trainer NZ Aus and Luxe Fitness NZ. ^[1]

Liu received her Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management from University of Auckland. ^[1] She founded Waist Trainer NZ Aus at the age of 21 and reportedly grew the company to $3.5 million in revenue in the first year.

Ostensibly, Liu turned $6,000 into $3.5 million in one year selling corsets to celebrities, including Kylie Jenner. ^{[3] [1]} The company had customers in at least 90 countries. ^{[1] [3]} She then launched Luxe Fitness NZ in May of 2016 and sold both companies in January of 2017. ^{[3] [1]}

According to the National Business Review, "Some speculate those figures are being inflated". Further reporting has connected Liu to an alleged property pyramid scheme. Through various shareholdings and directorships, Iyia has promoted the company called Future Living, which is run by her mother, Caroline Zhao.^{[10] [11]}
