India Kirksey is a resident of West Hill, Ohio.

Arrest

On February 5, 2017, India was arrested on allegations of raping a 4 year old boy. Authorities allege that Kirksey videotaped herself as she was performing oral sex on the boy on or about January 4, 2017 and posted the video on Periscope (app). An internet user in Texas first reported the video to police. She has confessed to the crime and was arraigned in court on February 6, 2017 and is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center on $350,000 bond.
