Hennessy Carolina Almanzar (born on December 22, 1995) is a Dominican-American reality star, social media influencer, and burgeoning fashion designer. She is well known as Cardi B's sister.

She was born in the Bronx. She would grow up there for the rest of her life, alongside her older sister of three years, Cardi B.

Around the time of her birth, Hennessy's father was at an early Christmas party.

He came into the hospital he was a bit drunk.

At that moment, he decided to name his daughter after his favorite liquor, Hennessy. He then added Carolina as her middle name because it sounded feminine.

In March 2015, she started her own personal Instagram account and began taking on the world of social media. She currently has more than 2.3 million followers on Instagram. ^[1]

Many of the clothes she wears on her social media is from the brand Fashiona Nova.

She reportedly earns $15,000 a month for wearing their outfits & dresses.

The same brand has also previously worked with her sister.

Hennessy's first reality TV appearances were on Love & Hip Hop ; she made feature appearances on Seasons 6 and 7. She was not a main cast member, however, she often appeared alongside her sister Cardi B in several episodes.

She is infamous for starting a fight with Major Galore during the Season 7 reunion show.

In Season 8 of the show, she made a guest appearances to help style Bianca for a concert.

She will also be competing in The Challenge: Champs vs. Stars.

Hennessy Carolina is currently a design student at Fashion Institute of Technology and is pursuing a career as a stylist and designer. Her main ambition is to work with celebrities, particularly those who walk on the red carpet.

On August 1, 2017, Hennessy Carolina posted a photo of her with her girlfriend Mel in bed; she posted it with the hashtag #happynationalgirlfriendday. This photo officially revealed her relationship with a woman.

After the photo was posted, the public began to wonder if she was a lesbian.

Cardi B confirmed that Hennessy and Mel are in a committed relationship and that she is a lesbian.

Hennessy and Mel have been in a relationship for over a year.

They met on Instagram when Hennessy initiated a conversation in Mel's DMs.

She mentioned that she wants four kids: two girls and two boys, one of each who look like Hennessy and Mel.
