Hemaakshi Ujjain (born October 30, 1986 ) an Indian Actress who appears predominantly in Hindi TV series She is best know for Ramayan (2008 TV series), Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum (2019) and Kitani Mohabbat Hai (2009).^[1]

Hemaakshi was born and brought up in Kota, Rajasthan, India. She completed her schooling from Dayanand Saraswati School, Kota. She graduated from Jagannath University, Jaipur. She laso studied at SIWS College, Mumbai.^[2][3]

Hemaakshi went to Mumbai to pursue her modeling and acting career. She worked in a few commercials and then started acting in Indian soap opera. She appeared in the Balaji Telefilms TV series Navya..Naye Dhadkan Naye Sawaal which aired on Star plus in 2011. She became popular playing the character of 'Sugandha Bajpai'. She also acted in Kitani Mohabbat Hai (season 2) in the same year. It was televised on Imagine TV. She impressed audiences with her performance as the leading character of 'Preeti Ahluwaliya'. She has acted in many other series, including Ramayan (2008)^[16] and Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum (2019)^[15].^[2][1][18]
