Heather Kelly is an American journalist based in San Francisco, California. She is a reporter for CNN tech. ^[1]

Kelly graduated from New York University with a Bachelor's degree in journalism.

Since joining CNN in 2012, she's covered all aspects of Silicon Valley. Heather reports on the major technology players including Apple, Google, Facebook, Twitter and Microsoft. She's written about innovative new technologies, examined how smartphones are changing culture, and spent quality time with drones and robots.
