at Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics and completed Bachelor of Commerce there. Career
She started her career at Doordarshan in 2001.She was Lead Anchor there and played big role in setting up Mumbai Office with hiring 100 empoloyeed consisting of anchors,researchers and reporters.
She shifted to CNBC TV18 in 2003.Worked there as an Assistant stock editor and Lead Anchor.she was recognised as best face for the channel.Her vast knowledge about Finance industry was useful to gain poularity among the audience.She hosted flagship shows like 'closing bell', 'Midcap Radar', 'your stock', 'Insurance Intelligence' and 'Classroom',She led interviews with several top Buissnessmen ,CEO of India including Mukesh Ambani, Ratan Tata, Kumar Mangalam Birla, Lakshmi Mittal ,N.R.Narayana Murthy and many more.She did one to one interviews with top Markest Analysts like Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, Rakesh Damani,Parag parekh and many more.She was very succefull stock editor at CNBC from 2003 to 2005.[2][3]
She is currently working at Times Now as an Stock Editor and Lead News Anchor since 2006.[5] She played major role in setting up India's 24 hour English News channel out of its National Headquarters in Mumbai.She
