Haley Perea is a student at California Baptist University. Perea also works as a waitress at Heroes Restaurant and Brewery. ^[1]

Perea is a Senior at California Baptist University. She attended the Academy for Academic Excellence in Apple Valley, CA, where she was named a scholar-athlete in 2013. ^[2]

In October 2017, Perea assaulted two young African american men at a Los Angeles Lakers basketball game because they chose to kneel during the National Anthem, in imitation of professional athletes such as Colin Kaepernick. Perea and her friend, Savannah Sugg videotaped themselves pouring soda on the protestors and insulting them. ^{[3] [4]}
